A resident of Ventura County since 2004, Rosy Covarrubias was born in Durango Mexico and grew up in Santa Barbara, California. She attended Santa Barbara High School, Santa Barbara City College, and broadcasting school.
Rosy has been with Schurmer & Drane since 2005. Rosy is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Bereniz Rivera has spent most of her life living in Oxnard California and was born in Michoacán, Mexico.
Mrs. Rivera has been working with Schurmer & Drane since May 2008. Due to her genuine compassion and commitment, many clients remain close friends after the case is closed.
Ms. Rivera speaks both Spanish and English.

Legal Secretary
Trini Garcia has been with Schurmer & Drane since 2010. She has been a legal assistant for over 20 years and has significant experience in civil litigation. Her experience is wide-ranging and also includes family law, bankruptcy, real estate, business, and personal injury defense.
Ms. Garcia was born in Cuba but grew up in Los Angeles, California. She has lived in Ventura County since 1982.
Ms. Garcia speaks both Spanish and English.

Field Representative
Mr. Gonzales serves as a field representative. He has been a long time Oxnard resident and has developed significant
ties to the community. He has long been an active and outspoken advocate for citizen’s rights and injured workers.
John is married and has three children. He speaks Spanish and English.
